Please review the following Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please note that commissioned artworks are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your artwork and include your order details.

Returned items must be shipped back within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

To be eligible for a return:

The artwork must be returned in its original condition
The artwork must be carefully and securely packaged, similar to how it was originally shipped
The artwork must not be damaged, altered, or used in any way

If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, and a partial refund may apply.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
I recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment

Once the returned artwork is received and inspected:

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
