I painted Garda Lake after being inspired by the peaceful scenery of this Italian lakeside. I used both a palette knife and a brush to create texture and contrast — the knife for bold reflections in the water and the brush for softer details in the trees and boats. This balance brings the scene to life while preserving its calm, serene mood.
