This is my original oil painting titled "Fishing Village in Lofoten." It shows a peaceful Scandinavian coastal scene with traditional red cabins on stilts nestled into the rocky shoreline of northern Norway. I painted it entirely with a palette knife using the impasto technique, creating rich texture and visible brushstrokes. The composition includes boats tied at the dock, soft reflections in the water, and natural Nordic tones.
